Property Layout
Baywatch is set over two levels. Parking is available on the upper ground floor, where you enter directly into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This level also features two bedrooms — one king and one double — a family bathroom, and a balcony with stunning views overlooking Widemouth Bay.
A staircase leads down to the lower level, which comprises a further two bedrooms — one king and one twin — and a family bathroom. The king bedroom on this floor opens out onto the lower patio and private garden, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Upper Level
The main entrance opens into a bright, airy hallway with roof windows, offering glimpses of the sea and surrounding countryside. From here, you’re led into a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with a separate utility room.
Large patio doors in the living area open onto a generous balcony with breathtaking views across Widemouth Bay and the lower private garden. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and seating for eight, ideal for relaxed alfresco meals while taking in the coastal scenery.
Kitchen, Dining & Living
The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a central island and sit-up stools, making the most of the space. A wood-burning stove sits between the kitchen and sitting areas, adding warmth and comfort on cooler evenings.
The sitting area features two large, comfortable leather sofas, while the dining area enjoys stunning views of the surf breaking at Camel Rock in Widemouth Bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
On this level, there is a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a contemporary family bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, WC, and basin unit.
Lower Floor
A bright, LED-lit staircase leads to the lower level, which comprises a further king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, and double basin unit.
The king bedroom features French doors opening directly onto the patio area of the garden — a true sun trap.
Garden
The recently landscaped garden includes a private patio and lawn area, enclosed by high fencing for privacy. During the day, it becomes a sheltered sun trap, perfect for relaxing.
Outdoor seating includes a corner sofa and dining bench suitable for up to eight guests. There is also a board rack and a heated outdoor shower — ideal for warming up and rinsing off after a day at the beach, just a short walk away.

Electricity, heating, bed linen, and towels are included (one towel per person). Please bring your own beach towels.
Private driveway parking is available for up to four cars. A retractable stair gate is fitted at the top of the stairs if required. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge.
